In Person Services

Traditional therapy where you come into the office and have a seat on a nice cozy couch or comfy chair. You are physically present in the room with your therapist.

Telehealth/ Virtual

  Telehealth is conducting therapy sessions using audio and video over the Internet, with your computer or smart phone, rather than meeting in person.


 The benefits you obtain from therapy depend on how consistently and fully you participate, and how much you put into practice what you learn in therapy.
